This recipe shows you how to roast cauliflower with warm spices.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets.
- In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
