Description

This recipe shows you how to roast cauliflower with warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower with olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
