Description

A simple recipe for roasted salmon and asparagus, cooked on one sheet pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Top with lemon slices. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
