Description
A simple recipe for roasted salmon and asparagus, cooked on one sheet pan.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Top with lemon slices. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add other vegetables, such as bell peppers or broccoli.
- For extra flavor, add herbs like dill or parsley.
