Description

Crispy salmon patties with flaxseed.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, flaxseed meal, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry patties until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
