Description
Crispy salmon patties with flaxseed.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon, flaxseed meal, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry patties until golden brown and cooked through.

- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can bake these instead of frying.
