- 1 cup salmon skin, cleaned and dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut salmon skin into small strips.
- Place strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
