Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Tortillas, for serving
- Your favorite toppings (sour cream, salsa, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the fajitas in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, such as zucchini or mushrooms.
