Description

Easy sheet pan chicken fajitas with colorful bell peppers and onions.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Your favorite toppings (sour cream, salsa, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil and fajita seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve the fajitas in tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
