Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
