Description

Tender meatballs in a tangy cranberry BBQ sauce, slow-cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup canned cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Stir once halfway through cooking.
  7. Serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add 1/2 tsp chili flakes to the sauce.
