Description

Make a delicious honey-glazed ham in your slow cooker. This recipe is easy to follow and results in a tender, flavorful ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-10 pound) fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in your slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
  3. Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the ham is heated through and the glaze has thickened. Baste the ham with the glaze every hour.
  5. Remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a can of pineapple chunks to the slow cooker.
  • If your ham is too large for your slow cooker, you can trim it to fit.
  • Leftover ham can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
