Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Description

A warm and creamy spinach and artichoke dip, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg.
  • If you prefer a spicier dip, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
