Description
A simple and flavorful broth with spinach and herbs.
Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth, spinach, parsley, and dill.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until spinach is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
