Ingredients
- 4 veggie hot dogs
- 4 whole wheat hot dog buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Cook the veggie hot dogs according to package instructions.
- Toast the whole wheat hot dog buns lightly.
- Place each cooked veggie hot dog in a bun.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, chopped red onions, chopped bell peppers, and shredded carrots.
- Add vegan mayonnaise and mustard to taste.
