A festive snack mix perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) bag of animal crackers
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Green sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt the green candy melts according to package directions.
- Pour the melted candy melts over the animal crackers in a bowl. Stir to coat.
- Spread the coated animal crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the animal crackers.
- Sprinkle with green sprinkles.
- Let the mix set until the chocolate is firm.
- Break apart and serve.
