Ingredients
- 200g beef strips
- 200g noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger to the pan. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Mix in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
