Ingredients
- 1 medium pumpkin
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut the top off the pumpkin and remove the seeds.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
- Mix in the cooked rice and remove from heat.
- Stuff the pumpkin with the meat mixture and top with grated cheese.
- Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- Check if the pumpkin is tender. Serve hot.
