Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Make sure the mashed potatoes are well-seasoned before mixing.
