A creamy and decadent white chocolate cranberry cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Stir in melted white chocolate, then fold in cranberry sauce.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother texture.
- Swirl extra cranberry sauce on top for decoration.
