Ingredients
- 1 pound white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the pistachios and sea salt over the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
- Break the bark into pieces and serve.
