Description

A simple treat with white chocolate, pistachios, and a touch of sea salt.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the pistachios and sea salt over the chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and serve.
