Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized pumpkin
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
