Description

Make these simple and healthy dog cookies at home. Your dog will love them!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, carrot, applesauce, water, and cinnamon.
  3. Knead the dough until it forms a ball.
  4. Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Use a cookie cutter to cut out coin shapes.
  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool completely before giving them to your dog.
