Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large sweet potato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Peel and thinly slice the sweet potato.
- Mix ground beef and sweet potato slices.
- Shape into sticks.
- Bake for 3 hours, or until dry.
- Let cool before serving.
